What happens next?

You will receive an email from tech@apstylebook.com including your case number and summary of your request. This email will go to the primary contact email address you entered on the request form.

If your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation sent to the primary contact email address listed on this form. It will include a summary of your order. Once available, you will also receive a second email including your tracking number for your shipment, if you requested print AP Stylebooks.

If you get an error message on screen after submitting your desk copy request, please contact tech@apstylebook.com for assistance.

If you have not received a status update regarding your desk copy request, please contact tech@apstylebook.com and we will check on your order.

If you need to make a change to your order after submitting it, please contact tech@apstylebook.com to update your request.

Instructors who have existing AP Stylebook Online accounts will have their subscriptions renewed once this desk copy request has been approved. Instructors who do not already have an account will receive an email with a link to set up their own accounts and then will automatically have access to AP Stylebook Online when they are logged in.

We typically approve desk copy requests once we receive a corresponding order from your campus bookstore or corresponding subscriptions to Stylebook Online. If you need your desk copy order sooner than that to prepare for the semester, please contact tech@apstylebook.com.
