Allow up to 10 minutes to receive your reset email from customerservice@apstylebook.com. Check your promotions and spam folders if you don't see it in your primary inbox.

Resetting a second time will delay your access further. Each email has a unique token, and when you resubmit, the first reset token becomes invalid.
